Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals towards achieving project goals
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with various departments
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to management
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify training needs and provide necessary support for skill development
- Collaborate with other Teamleads to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive teams towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of project management processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus
