Agronomist

Our agriculture company in Abu-Dhabi is seeking an experienced and dedicated Agronomist to join our team. As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for researching, planning, and implementing various agricultural practices to ensure maximum crop yield and quality. This is a full-time position suitable for men of any nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on soil quality and recommending appropriate fertilizers and pesticides
- Developing irrigation plans to optimize water usage and prevent crop damage
- Monitoring plant growth and health, identifying and addressing any issues
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and incorporating new methods into farming practices
- Collaborating with farmers to develop sustainable farming techniques
- Creating reports on crop yields, expenses, and profits
- Providing training and guidance to farm workers on proper farming techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of different crops, soil types, pests, and diseases prevalent in the region
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and farmers
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
