Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales team in Al-Malikiyah. Your main role will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies, monitor team performance, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. You should have a proven track record of successful sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team. This full-time position requires previous experience in a similar role and does not include accommodation. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender. The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching and support as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients to promote customer retention
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of strategies
- Train new members of the sales team on company policies, products, and sales techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights
- Familiarity with market research techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
