Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and consult with them to determine their hair care needs
- Provide quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services using various techniques
- Offer advice on hair care and provide recommendations for products
- Keep up with current trends and techniques in the barbering industry
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and appointments with professionalism
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian National with strong knowledge of Indian hair types and styles
- Proven experience as a Barber for at least 2 years
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and products
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
