Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Almada. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience working on various projects. They should have a deep understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and design software. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs meet client requirements and are completed within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Create detailed design plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs
- Prepare cost estimates and timelines for each project
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve all project documents, including blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Almada or similar cities
