Land Surveyor

A well-established construction company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Egyptian national or foreigner with a strong command of English, who is looking to kick-start their career in the construction industry.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing accurate reports. You will also be required to liaise with clients and team members, ensuring that all surveys are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using the latest surveying equipment and techniques
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data using various software programs
- Prepare accurate survey reports for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Ensure all surveys are completed on time and within budget
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong command of English (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
