Responsibilities:

- Handle minor carpentry tasks such as installing shelves or repairing cabinets.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and perform light cleaning duties.
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for repairs or maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in handyman work is preferred.
- Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and carpentry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
