Carpenter



A reputable construction company in Medina is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, metal, and other materials according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and building plans to determine project specifications
- Measuring and marking cutting lines on materials
- Selecting appropriate tools and materials for each project
- Constructing and installing structures such as floors, walls, roofs, and partitions
- Installing fixtures like windows, frames, doors, trim, hardware, etc.
- Repairing or replacing damaged framework or other structures
- Ensuring all work meets safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborating with other construction workers to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of different carpentry techniques and methods
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Good physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino nationality preferred)
- Must be able to work part-time hours if needed
