Warehouse Operations Manager

We are a fast-paced warehouse facility in the bustling city of Herzliya, seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and be able to lead and motivate a team of warehouse workers. This position is open to candidates of any nationality, with no English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Manage budget for warehouse expenses and report on financial performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management or related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in inventory control software; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for handling hazardous materials
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
