As a Courier for international package delivery in Akron, Ohio, USA, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to their designated destinations. You will work with a team of couriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers both locally and internationally. Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vehicles to deliver packages to customers in the Akron area
- Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and any issues encountered
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations while operating vehicles
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all packages are delivered on time
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Keep track of inventory levels on the vehicle and restock as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a courier or similar role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with the Akron area is an asset
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
