Senior JAVA Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Remish. As a Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications for our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications using JAVA and related technologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
- Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development
- Ensuring code quality through code reviews, testing, and debugging
- Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with expertise in JAVA/J2EE technologies
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Experience working on enterprise-level applications using Spring framework, Hibernate, JSP/Servlets, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work full-time without accommodation
