Surveyor - Land Development
Location: Izhevsk, Russia


We are hiring a Surveyor to join our land development team in Izhevsk. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional or a fresh graduate looking to start their career in the field of surveying. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing reports for land development projects. You will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate measurements and provide data for design and construction purposes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys using various tools and equipment
- Collecting data and analyzing it to prepare accurate reports
- Working closely with engineers and architects to provide survey data for design and construction purposes
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Utilizing computer software programs for survey data analysis
- Preparing detailed maps, charts, and diagrams based on survey results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying (fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use various surveying tools including GPS, levels, total stations, etc.
- Proficiency in computer software programs such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
