Barista for a Busy Coffee Shop in Akron, USA

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in Akron. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light snacks and pastries. Your role will also include maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee shop and providing excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop, including tables, counters, equipment, and restrooms
- Stock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Take orders from customers and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions about menu items, and making recommendations
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary: $900 per month (based on experience)

Location: Akron, USA (Work visa sponsorship available)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
