Construction Manager



As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, creating project timelines and budgets, monitoring progress and quality of work, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop project plans and specifications
- Create project timelines and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion within budget
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality of work meets project standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Oversee the hiring of subcontractors as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using project management software

Location: US (Preference for US nationals or those with valid work permits)

Salary: $1200 per month
