Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical dexterity and ability to stand for long periods of time
