Sales Manager


We are hiring a Sales Manager to oversee and lead our sales team in Al-Khor. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team.

Your primary goal will be to increase company revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotions to attract potential customers.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective campaigns
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on performance
- Participate in industry events to promote company products/services
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent English language skills (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
