Smelter Operator
A smelter operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment used to melt and process raw materials in a smelting plant. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment including furnaces, ovens, and casting machines
- Monitor the flow of raw materials into the smelting process
- Adjust temperature and pressure settings according to production needs
- Inspect equipment for malfunctions or defects and report any issues to maintenance team
- Ensure safe handling of molten metal and follow all safety protocols
- Maintain records of production data and quality control measurements
- Assist with maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and repairing equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate production activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Physical strength and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to smelting operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: $1800 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
