Land Surveyor


We are in search of a Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise measurements and locations of land features. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as knowledge of mapping software and relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanning
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate information for projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain survey equipment and tools in good working condition
- Train and supervise junior surveyors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and mapping software
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with accommodation. This position is open for both Indian and Egyptian nationals. English speaking proficiency is required. We also welcome applications from women who are interested in pursuing a career in land surveying.
