Milling Machine Operator
Location: Osijek, Croatia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Osijek. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for each job
- Use measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to check dimensions of finished parts
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce precise parts within specified tolerances
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Croatia
