We are hiring a skilled Database Administrator to join our growing team in Bergen. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, designing, and implementing database systems for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of database management systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient database systems
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot any database issues that arise
- Ensure data security and integrity
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database structures
- Develop and maintain data backup and recovery procedures
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as data backups and updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with cloud-based databases (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
