Carpenter for Residential Construction



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our construction team in Siauliai. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. Your primary focus will be on residential construction, working on projects such as building or remodeling homes.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to the design plans
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors and cabinets
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools or power tools
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction
- Proficient in working with hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Good understanding of wood properties
- Excellent math skills
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1600 per month
