We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques. Your main duty will be to read and interpret technical drawings and plans, as well as use various tools and equipment to create high-quality welds.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Use various welding techniques to fabricate metal structures and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools such as grinders, saws, drills, etc.
- Maintain safety standards at all times during the welding process
- Inspect materials for defects or imperfections prior to welding
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in the welding process
- Knowledge of safety procedures for handling hazardous substances
- Physical stamina and dexterity to work in demanding conditions (standing, bending, lifting)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
