We are currently hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding metal parts using various welding techniques and equipment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Welder and be able to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings
- Use various welding techniques (such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding) to join metal parts
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all welded parts meet quality standards and specifications
- Inspect welded joints for accuracy and structural soundness
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder
- Prior experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with industrial processes and safety protocols
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work in confined spaces for extended periods of time
