Food and Beverage Manager

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations at our restaurant in Randers. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1600$ per month. We are looking for someone without previous experience to join our team, as we will provide on-the-job training. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Your main responsibilities will include managing the kitchen staff, creating menus and pricing, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring high quality of food and service for our guests. You will also be in charge of hiring and training new staff members, as well as scheduling shifts and managing payroll.
