Office Assistant for Multinational Company in Medina
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Medina. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and maintaining a clean and organized working environment. You will also assist with basic office tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and assist them with their inquiries
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
