Electrical Engineer - Salalah, Oman
An established construction company in Salalah, Oman is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and be familiar with local regulations and codes. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$, as well as visa sponsorship for non-Omani nationals. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems for various construction projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes
- Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure project success
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction or installation
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality
- Provide technical support to clients or contractors as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to electrical engineering
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is preferred but not required)
- Valid visa or ability to obtain one for non-Omani nationals
