Entry-Level Construction Manager


We are hiring an Entry-Level Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Dar Kulaib. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to jumpstart their career in construction management and has a strong passion for the industry.

As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and overseeing on-site activities. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a degree in Construction Management or a related field. While previous experience in construction management is preferred, we welcome candidates with no prior experience who are eager to learn and grow in the role. Additionally, candidates must have their own visa to work in Dar Kulaib.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all stages of construction projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress of projects and address any issues that may arise
- Review contracts and negotiate revisions as needed
- Prepare progress reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with construction software programs such as Procore or PlanGrid is a plus
