Construction Manager - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain



We are in search of a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager for our construction project in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed within the specified time frame and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Manage project documentation and communication with stakeholders
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
