Sales Manager - Hospitality (Salalah)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through effective marketing and sales strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and attracting new business to the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality sales, preferably in a hotel setting
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is preferred
