A luxury hotel in Salalah is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for an Indian national with fluency in English and a passion for sales.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing occupancy by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will be expected to maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the hotel's sales budget, analyzing market trends, and identifying potential business opportunities.

To excel in this role, you should have previous sales experience preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential as you will be representing our hotel to potential clients. Knowledge of revenue management and digital marketing techniques is also highly desirable.

We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. This position requires someone who can handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. The successful candidate must have a valid visa for employment in Oman or be willing to obtain one.
