Job Title: Moderator (Lahore, Pakistan)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring discussions, comments, and posts on our online platform to ensure they comply with our community guidelines. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content on our online platform.
- Ensure that all discussions, comments, and posts follow our community guidelines.
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and report any inappropriate or offensive content.
- Collaborate with the team to improve community engagement and user experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in moderation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Moderator or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms.
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with community management tools is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English.
