Forum Moderator

As a Forum Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and conversations on our forum platform. You will ensure that all posts and comments are appropriate, respectful, and adhere to our community guidelines. Your role is crucial in maintaining a safe and engaging environment for our forum members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all forum activity, including posts, comments, and private messages
- Enforce forum rules and guidelines by removing inappropriate content or issuing warnings to violators
- Engage with forum members by responding to questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
- Promote active participation by initiating discussions and encouraging members to share their thoughts and opinions
- Collaborate with the community management team to develop strategies for improving user engagement on the forum
- Regularly provide reports on forum activity and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proven experience moderating online communities or forums
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Ability to remain impartial and handle conflicts professionally
- Strong understanding of internet culture
- Must be fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)

Location: This position is based in Lahore.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month.
