- Collaborate with other team members to maintain consistency in moderation practices

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in content moderation or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of community guidelines and standards for various online platforms is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
