Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Porto. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial goals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and schedule staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Maintain financial records and manage budget
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budgeting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: $1700 per month (based on experience)
