Welder

A reputable construction company in Monte-Carlo is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal structures and components according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. We also provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Operate welding equipment and tools such as MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Clean, prepare, and set up welding surfaces
- Weld metal components together using various techniques such as brazing, soldering, and gas welding
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain welding equipment by cleaning and performing regular maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear while working
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade certification or diploma in Welding or a related field
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, or other types of metal alloys
- Familiarity with safety regulations in the construction industry
- Bilingual in English/French or English/Italian
