Dismantler Assistant


As a Dismantler Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced team to help dismantle and prepare various materials for recycling. This position is based in La-Condamine and does not include accommodation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the dismantling of various materials such as machinery, vehicles, and appliances
- Sorting and organizing dismantled materials for recycling purposes
- Operating equipment such as saws, grinders, and hand tools to aid in the dismantling process
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Following all safety protocols and guidelines while handling potentially hazardous materials
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is necessary
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or Italian proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1100 per month.
