Indian Chef in Mecca

We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Mecca. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. You must be knowledgeable about Indian cuisine, have a passion for cooking, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Ensure high-quality standards for taste, presentation, and consistency
- Monitor food stock and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills
- Must be willing to relocate to Mecca

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
