We are currently hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and control systems used in industrial settings. Your work will involve troubleshooting issues with instruments and identifying potential problems before they affect production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various instruments and control systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect and test instruments to ensure proper functioning and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with instruments and diagnose problems using technical knowledge and tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Perform preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure optimal performance
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working in industrial settings

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in instrumentation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in a similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical principles, wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Proficient in using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, etc.
- Knowledge of PLC programming is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
