Office Manager
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's office in Nizwa. This includes managing administrative tasks, organizing and coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing office supplies
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and manage budget allocations
- Ensure timely completion of projects by delegating tasks to team members
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Address any issues or concerns raised by employees in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR processes is a plus
Salary: 1000$ per month
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian or Canadian candidates.
