Locksmith Assistant


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Locksmith Assistant to join our team in Funchal. As a Locksmith Assistant, you will assist our experienced locksmiths in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security systems. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist locksmiths with on-site installations and repairs of locks, keys, and security systems.
- Perform key cutting and duplication services.
- Help maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Follow safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a locksmith assistant or similar role preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of different types of locks, keys, and security systems.
- Ability to use hand tools accurately and safely.
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Physically fit to perform the job duties (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Flexible schedule to work weekends or evenings if needed.
