Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Review and approve project designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the bidding process for construction contracts
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction management
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders (clients, contractors, etc.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software

Preferred:
-Some experience in project management or team management.
-Familiarity with sustainable design practices.

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Almada (relocation assistance available)

Employment Type: Full-time
