Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Almada. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architecture projects, from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are adhered to
- Oversee the design process and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review and approve project proposals, designs, and construction documents
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure they are on track
- Mentor and train junior staff members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect or in a managerial role within an architecture firm
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
