Senior Architectural Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architectural Manager to join our team in Almada. As the Senior Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and project management for our company. This is a full-time position with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Develop and implement architectural design concepts in line with client requirements and industry standards
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects to help them develop their skills
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project needs are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve processes and designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese language proficiency is preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation. Additionally, we provide free visa sponsorship and air tickets for international candidates.
