Skilled Turner

As a Skilled Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that is used to shape metal into precision parts. Your primary duties will include setting up and adjusting machines, performing quality checks on finished parts, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production. You will also be expected to read and interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tools and materials, and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of metalworking processes and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work with heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machinery according to technical drawings and specifications
- Operate turning machines to produce precision parts within required tolerances
- Perform quality checks on finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Troubleshoot any machine malfunctions or production issues in a timely manner
- Read technical drawings to determine appropriate tools, materials, and sequence of operations
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures

Salary: $900 per month (without accommodation)
Location: Roskilde, Denmark (candidates must have valid work permit)
Employment Type: Part-time (ideal for students)
