Contract Office Manager (Khanpur)
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Khanpur on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all areas. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management and be able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition
- Create and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking
- Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Liaise with clients and external vendors as needed
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects or reports
- Keep track of employee attendance, vacations, and sick days
- Help plan company events or team-building activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Experience managing budgets is preferred
- Biometric passport is required for this contract position
