Plastering Specialist



We are in search of an experienced and skilled Plastering Specialist to join our team in Os, a beautiful city known for its rich cultural heritage and stunning landscapes. As our Plastering Specialist, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster on various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and structures.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning them and removing any old paint or wallpaper
- Mix plaster to the desired consistency and apply it evenly on the surface using tools such as trowels, brushes, or sprayers
- Smooth out plaster to create a uniform finish
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the plaster
- Follow safety standards when working with plaster materials
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep track of supplies and equipment inventory

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to plastering work
- Solid understanding of different types of plaster materials and their applications
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills
- Relevant certifications or training is preferred
