Mason Supervisor


We are in need of a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Greenland. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of masons to ensure the successful completion of various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, providing guidance and instruction as needed
- Plan and schedule tasks for the team, ensuring efficiency and timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth execution of construction plans
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor work quality to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications
- Order necessary materials and equipment for each project
- Conduct regular safety inspections to minimize risks on site
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason or in a similar supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working on construction projects in cold weather is preferred
