Senior Architect - Faroe Islands


We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial design concept to project completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using various software programs
- Collaborate with engineers, builders, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in the Faroe Islands. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already living in the country.

Accommodation:

Biometric Passport:
Candidates must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one for international travel purposes.

Student Opportunities:
This position is open to students who meet the qualifications. However, candidates must be able to commit to working full-time during school breaks.
