Information Security Analyst


We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect our company's computer systems and networks. You should have a thorough understanding of information security principles and experience with security tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as relevant work experience in information security. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor network activity for potential security breaches.
- Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest information security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of technology operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven work experience in information security.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and best practices.
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, etc.
- Familiarity with network protocols and operating systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools like Nessus or QualysGuard.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR or HIPAA.

Location: This job is located in Roskilde, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Visa Sponsorship: This position is open to candidates who already have the legal right to work in Denmark. We are unable to sponsor work visas at this time.
