Senior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, ensuring that they meet the functional and aesthetic needs of our clients. This is a full-time job with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials
- Excellent design and drafting skills using AutoCAD and other related software
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for their commercial building projects
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD software
- Create estimates for materials and labor costs based on project specifications
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction is following the approved plans
- Communicate regularly with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Provide guidance to junior architects and interns
